Without that evidence,ICAC would not conduct those investigations (ICAC appears to require most of the work to be done by investigative journalists before they will even consider such investigations)
Investigative journalism is under threat world-wide and the ABCs recent announcement of job cuts for their restructuring may threaten what many would consider an ESSENTIAL SERVICE
