    [7] As soon the hearing was convened, the applicant asked to be permitted to audio-record the proceedings on his personal recording device.
    [8] Having heard these submissions from the applicant, I refused his request to audio-record the proceedings.

The ALLEGED CORRUPT Christine Skinner has deliberately obstructed the SRNLPA from accessing EVIDENCE (the May 6 2022 hearing sound recording) required for the appeal of the ALLEGED CORRUPT Michael Griffins Jun 7,2022 decision.
