Effectively,the NCAT registry is the gateway for the public to access the use of NCAT services.

Including the right to seek a review of an agency administrative decision.

FACTS:

  1. The public’s contact with NCAT is exclusively through the NCAT registry
  2. GSE Act employed Registry officers have conduct obligations which are written into law and can be found here
  3. A failure by the NCAT registry’s officers to do their job properly can seriously prejudice your lawful rights
  4. You have the right to make formal complaints about those NCAT registry officers & expect those complaints to be acted on (in accordance with the NCAT complaints policy)
